Launched on a shoe string budget and in under a week, this e-commerce site was built in Ruby on Rails using the open source platform, Spree, and is hosted at the up and coming Rails Hosting service: Webbynode.comMovingBoxesForLess.com is a new entrant in the used box or recycled moving box industry.  Although the previous owners of this domain got their url blacklisted, SEO best practices have MovingBoxesForLess.com slowly moving up the search rankings.

Seeking to stand out in a marketplace of cookie-cutter, nondescript competitors, we moved forward with an identity anchored to a t strong, memorable yellow. Building on this pallet, we designed a simple, sparse layout that communicates the simple message of “Cheap. Green. Fast.”

Great American Art is a B2B Framed Art vendor located just outside of Boston. They provide catered services to businesses and real estate developers through a network sales reps and dealers, while also catering to one-off retail sales through their website.

Their custom framing interface and advanced project managment capabilities, while database intensive, are only the tip of the iceberg. The bulk of our efforts have gone toward the development of a complex, web-based internal system to manage a rich network of sales agents, contractual agreements, rebates and discounts.

In desperate need of replacing their website since it was first built in 2003, we completely redesigned and redeployed the EcoHandyman online presence. The site includes a complete back-end allowing the company’s staff to take complete control of the site’s content. Working hard to improve the site’s SEO, EcoHandyman.com is the #1 result for “boulder handyman” on Google.
